Product Description
Stronger and more effective than standard matches, these matches have extra long heads and will continue to burn through strong winds and rain
Product Benefits
When lit, can be submerged in water and will still burn
Saftey match style heads
Product Features
NATO ref:9920-99-666-4243
25 matches per tub
Size:56mm x 3mm dia.
1 waterproof container including 25 matches.
How it works
Unlike standard matches, these have a coating that will burn for four seconds at a rate that can stand winds of 40 mph and will burn after submersion, instead of just igniting balsa wood like standard matches
Calum
says...
They certainly do their job once they get burning, if a gust of wind blows they ember until the wind stops, then re-ignite themselves. However, getting them to light can be a problem with the provided strike-strip, I'd reccommend using a coarse nail file or something similar. Overall, they do their job, but experiment with different surfaces to strike them on.
